London Free Press - Redmen down Mustangs to take Queenès Cup

McGill came to London ready to play. Not even the loud, large crowd of 3,068 seemed to bother them. The Redmen jumped out to a 3-0 first period lead. The Mustangs twice cut the lead to two goals but McGill showed great poise in extending that lead. It was the Redmen's 16th Queen's Cup win. The Mustangs have won three. The Queen's Cup presentation was made by Lieutenant Governor of Ontario David C. Onley.
