There were times when I would completely blank out and lose all ability to speak or do anything for 10 or 20 seconds at a time. [...] Today I’m recovering well with no new seizures, and I hope to get back to work soon.

I was diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy in September, 2015, after having my first seizure. I had to leave my job in shipping/receiving because it involved working nights and lack of sleep triggered the seizures. There were times when I would completely blank out and lose all ability to speak or do anything for 10 or 20 seconds at a time.

To find out exactly what was wrong with me, in January of 2017 I spent two weeks at The Neuro for EEG testing. Staff there and in the radiology department made my wife and I feel perfectly at home. I haven’t been treated so well at any hospital. They answered all the questions I had and were very courteous.

Dr. Jeffrey Hall performed surgery on Nov. 23, and was discharged a couple days later. Today I’m recovering well with no new seizures, and I hope to get back to work soon.

It feels like I have my life back now thanks to the staff at The Neuro. Although it is very busy there, the staff do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks so much to everyone at The Neuro!
