Sign up for a place in the 2013 ISS Silicon Microfabrication Workshop

Please register here now and we will follow up with email instructions for payment of the $600.00 CDN fee ($689.85 with tax) within 24 hours. Payment can be by credit card, check or FOAPAL (McGill only).

The workshop is free for current ISS students but non-McGill students need to prepay, Non-McGill ISS students will be fully reimbursed at their home universities.

Please complete the preregistration questions as well so that we can understand more of your background and your needs. 

While priority will be given to ISS students who must take the workshop this year according to their plans, other spaces will be given first come first served.

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations requests must be made by 5pm on Friday May 2, 2013 (one working day) for reimbursement or within 24 hours of registration (unless a medical note is provided). 

If too may registrations are received, you may ask to be added to the waitlist.  If so, you will be informed of an available space by email within 24 hours.   To confirm their space, waitlisted students must follow the instructions provided by email within 24 hours of notice of a space.

I wish to register for the 2013 Microfabrication Workshop on May 6th to 10th, 2013. I understand that I will be required to pay the course fee of $600CDN plus tax ($689.85) by check or credit card before the workshop. Instructions will be provided by email. Cancellations requests must be made by 5pm on Thursday May 2, 2013 (one working day) for reimbursement (unless a medical note is provided). Students without priority may be added to the waitlist, and will be informed of an available space by email, by Thursday May 2, 2013 at the latest. ISS students: I understand that I will need to submit a request for reimbursement as instructed.
