Seminar Series: AFM nanolithography with the Nanofrazer from SwissLitho - March 17 & 18, 2014

As we are receiving our new AFM nanotlithography tool, we have scheduled a series of lectures to introduce researchers to the benefits of this technique along with what's possible. This tool is the first of its kind being sold outside Switzerland and we are very excited to start doing processing with it.

MIAM Facilities

MIAM brings together diverse research facilities housed in various departments and faculties at McGill.

These include the Microfab-Nanotools Facility in the Rutherford Physics building and the Characterization Facility which has equipment in Otto-Maass (Chemistry), the Wong Building (Mining and Materials Engineering) as well as the McGill Cancer Center and several other locations.
