Please include in your email:
Your student ID number
Your health coverage (ie. BlueCross, Ontario, Quebec, BC)
If you are from Quebec
Please get a referral from a doctor to see a psychiatrist. You can get this from your GP or any clinic in Montreal. A list has been included below for your convenience
If you are from BC
Please come to Mental Health Services (3600 McTavish, Suite 5500) and ask for a BC referral quick pass.
