The FMEQ is the official representative for Quebec medical students on a provincial, national and international level. The Federation gathers the four Medical student societies of Quebec, namely Laval University (RÉEMUL), McGill (MSS), Montreal (AEEMUM) and Sherbrooke (AGEEMUS).

International Federation of Medical Students' Associations - Québec
IFMSA-Qc is the international branch of the Fédération médicale étudiante du Québec (FMEQ). It offers medical students from all 4 Quebec medical student societies the opportunity to take part in a broad range of pre-clinical, clinical and research exchanges all around the world. IFMSA-Qc also brings Quebec medical students together through various projects and committees in the areas of Global Health, Public Health, Human Rights and Peace and Reproductive Health.
