Simulation Educators Training (SET) Course

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Introduction

This three-day course from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada is designed to help educators to develop simulation curricula (integrating it with other learning activities), design and develop simulation cases, facilitate simulation sessions, provide effective feedback and debriefing as well learning how to evaluate simulation activities. 

Target audience

Educators that frequently develop and/or deliver simulation-based medical educational activities, particularly those that will have a leadership role within their respective department and schools.
