Undergraduate Medical Credentialing

Credentialing information needed from the Faculty of Medicine includes verification of the MDCM degree, dates of attendance as well as the graduation date. Services such as official transcript requests and copies of diplomas, certifications or translations are offered by Enrollment Services.

Please note that processing time is approximately 4-6 weeks from the time the corresponding fee is paid. Longer processing times may apply during peak periods such as June and July.

To request a verification of an MDCM degree completed at McGill: Credentialing.

To request a certified copy or translation of an MDCM diploma obtained at McGill: Graduation & Convocation.

To request an official copy of your transcript: Student Records.

To request your MSPR (Medical Student Performance Record or a Dean’s Letter): Medical Education.


Postgraduate Medical Credentialing

Should you wish to make a request for verification of residency or fellowship training completed at McGill's Postgraduate Medical Education.

IMPORTANT: Credentialing and attestation documents are provided by McGill University with the written permission of the named person, and are not released to any party other than the party named in the document requested.
