Professor Michael Meaney is awarded the Wilder-Penfield prize in recognition of his groundbreaking achievements in the biology of child development. Also recently winning the 2014 Klaus J. Jacobs Research Prize Laureate, he is one of two professors from McGill among the 14 winners of this year’s Prix du Québec—considered the most prestigious award attributed by the Government of Québec in cultural and scientific fields.
