The regulations for the reappointment of tenure-track academic staff are are provided in section 6 of the Regulations Relating to the Employment of Tenure Track and Tenured Academic Staff.
Faculty of Medicine - Reappointment Process Specifics
- The Faculty of Medicine reminds the department/school of the date (see critical dates list) that the reappointment dossier and report of the chair of the reappointment committee are due in the Academic Affairs Office.
- The reappointment dossier and chair's report should be sent as a single bookmarked PDF to this acadcoor [dot] med [at] mcgill [dot] ca (email). The Chair of the reappointment committee's letter can be addressed to: Dr. Mara Ludwig, Associate Dean, Faculty Affairs
- The Academic Affairs Office submits the reappointment dossier, including the chair's report and Associate Dean's recommendation to the Provost
