As part of McGill's continued commitments to education and research, our office works to ensure the proper application of University policies concerning building management, safety and security within all Medicine buildings. We act as a liaison between users of the Medicine buildings and the various internal and external service departments.
Our responsibilities include:
Responding to and managing building maintenance issues.
Coordinating requests for changes to building spaces.
Working with Facilities Management to coordinate and oversee all relocations for renovation projects while ensuring minimal disruptions to users.
Managing access to all Faculty of Medicine buildings.
Managing requests for space, fundraising activities, poster board loans and approval of postings.
