To be eligible, applicants must hold a medical degree from an accredited medical school recognized by the World Health Organization, must complete the Medical Council of Canada Evaluating Exam (MCCEE), must provide a Medical Student Performance Report or Evaluation ("Dean's Letter") from their medical school, and proof
Special admission to the M.D.,C.M. program for International Medical Graduates (IMG) who are residents of Québec
This admissions pathway is open to international (non-North American) medical graduates (IMGs) who are residents of Québec and grants advanced standing to the McGill Doctor of Medicine and Master of Surgery program and allows the candidate to obtain the M.D.,C.M.
Proof of your citizenship or residency status

Applicants to the M.D.,C.M. or joint programs are required to submit proof of citizenship or permanent residency and, where applicable, proof of Quebec residency.
