How do I know if I am a recognized resident of Québec?

The Ministère de l'Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport du Québec (MELS) has established attestation standards for Québec residency status for Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada.   To assist you in establishing your attestation of residency, a web-based guide has been provided by McGill's Enrolment Services:

Start here ► Legal documents: applicants to medicine

Applicants who are familiar with the Attestation of Québec residency form(s) can acquire the forms via the 'Forms required for students proving Quebec Residency status' section in Legal Documents: Forms & Reference Material

IMPORTANT ► Québec residency status must be fully established (not provisionally) by the application deadline for all those applying to the medical programs. Changes of citizenship or residency after the application deadline will not be considered.
