Mathieu Lavallée-Adam wins Best Presentation Award at UdeM Bioinformatics Conference.

Mathieu Lavallée-Adam has won the first prize among Masters students at the Robert Cedergren Bioinformatics Colloquium at University of Montreal in November 2008. His work on the "Detection of locally over-represented GO terms in protein-protein interaction networks", relies on graph theoretical approaches to the annotation of protein-protein interaction networks, and has important applications in the field of Systems Biology.
