Percy Urday is a Peruvian Lawyer based in Lima, Peru. Percy is a senior partner of Peruvian law firm Moncloa, Vigil, Del Rio & Urday, specilizing in maritime and insurance litigation. Percy Urday obtained his Bachelor of Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and his LL.M degree from the University of London, University College in 1975. He is a Titulary Member of the Comité Maritime International (CMI), a member of the Peruvian Maritime Law Association and the Ibero-American Institute of Maritime Law, as well as a member of the International Maritime Conciliation and Mediation (IMCAM) Panel. Percy Urday is an arbitrator of the Center of Conciliation and National and International Arbitration Chamber of Commerce of Lima and of the Center of Arbitration of the American Chamber or Peru.
