Andrew is a maritime and aviation lawyer based in Melbourne, Australia. He leads the trade and transport practice of DLA Phillips Fox in Australia, and has acted for Australian and foreign cargo insurers, port authorities and ship and airline operators as well as for aviation underwriters, importers and exporters and those involved in the freight forwarding industry. Andrew has experience in advising road carriers and their insurers in relation to road carriers' liability, drafting conditions of carriage for road carriers and advising on risk management issues.
