Jose M. Alcantara

José M. Alcántara is a Spanish lawyer based in Madrid. He obtained an LL.B degree from the University Complutense of Madrid, School of Law and has been in practice since 1973. He is a Lecturer of Maritime Law and a Maritime Arbitrator.
