As of January 31, 2013 WebCT access is granted for a limited period, by request only.
Students and instructors can request access to review student data from WebCT courses for 2008 - 2012 academic years.
Instructors can request course migration from WebCT 2006 - 2011 into myCourses.
Course migration made easy
We know the amount of work Instructors put into developing online course materials and the importance of having a reliable delivery system in place to distribute them. In order to ensure that course content is properly migrated over to the new myCourses in a way that meets each instructor’s full satisfaction, we have designed a quality control process known as TIDY.
Using the TIDY process ensures that every course migrated into myCourses is put through rigorous QA tests so that no content is lost. Any tools or functionality that do not automatically migrate successfully are reinstated manually before the course is released to its Instructor. Once the migration is complete, a report is placed in each Instructor's course folder as proof of quality assurance.
After your WebCT course is migrated
Follow the instructions in the Knowledge Base article Copying course components from past courses in order to reuse some or all of the old course contents within a new course.
