Resolved - Login issues with Banner (INB)

The issue has been resolved. If you experienced the issue, you will need to close and then reopen your browser.

Some users cannot log in to Banner (INB). When attempting to do so, they get an "Ora-12154 TNS Error" error message that asks them to close down their Java Client and try again.

If you experience the issue, please close your Banner window and browser, wait a minute or two, then try again.
