The Data Lab is located on the second floor of the Humanities and Social Sciences Library (McLennan building, Room M2-37A). The Lab is open and available to users working with data who require the use of specialized data software. There are fourteen workstations available. A list of the various software programs installed on the workstations is posted below.
The Data Lab is open the same hours as the Humanities and Social Sciences Library.
The Data Lab is also staffed during these times for Fall 2017.

Equipment and software
The following specialized software programs are available (14 workstations):
- Beyond 2020
- Google Earth
- NVivo (licensed on EDRS010, EDRS011, EDRS012 stations only)
- STATA MP (supports multi-core processing and up to 120,000 variables)
At the MacDonald Campus Library, both SAS and ArcGIS are available on all computers in the eZone, and Stat/Transfer is available on computers: MACD22, MACD25, MACD47, MACD48, MACD49.
