This service is for McGill students, faculty, staff, alumni, and holders of McGill Library cards. It is also open to anyone who has questions about McGill University or is inquiring about the resources of the McGill Library. Questions from other clientele will be answered as staff time permits.

Our goal is to answer your questions within two working days. A librarian will contact you if more time or information is needed.
