British Parliamentary Journals

The Journals record the daily transactions of each House of Parliament. They differ from the Debates in that they record what was done in each House, as opposed to what was said.

Journals of the House of Commons

The contents of the Journals vary through the years, but generally include:

British Parliamentary Debates (Hansard)

Official publication of the British parliamentary debates, also known as Hansard or the Official Report, began in 1909. Since then, all speeches delivered in both Houses are transcribed by parliamentary staff and printed substantially verbatim. Previously, the debates were compiled in various parliamentary histories and privately published proceedings of Parliament.

Landsat Imagery - Geocover 2000

Geocover 2000 is a worldwide set of satellite imagery from Landsat 7 Enhanced Thematic Mapper (ETM+). The 15m band was pan-sharpened with 30m multi-spectral bands 7-4-2. The Landsat images have been ortho-rectified and projected in UTM WGS84.

Montreal Cadastral Plans

The Montreal Cadastral Plans are detailed large scale maps (1:1 000) delinating the property boundaries of the City of Montreal. The geographic area covered includes the former limits of the city (pre-2001). Each file covers 0.7 square kilometers. Layers include: property lines and cadastral numbers. The data is available in AutoCAD format (.dwg), projected in Modified Transverse Mercator, Zone 8 NAD83, using meters as the base unit of measurement.
