The Base de données des cultures généralisées (BDCG) : Surfaces agricoles généralisées par culture déclaréé contains detailed mapping of crops located on insured agricultural land (parcels) in Quebec. McGill has the 2005 and 2007 data for the Montéregie region and the 2006 data for the Beauce region. The crop categories included in this database are: hay, corn, wheat, barley, oats, soya, canola, other cereals, market vegetables, small fruits, mixed crops, and no information available.
