LibQUAL+ Survey

Why is McGill using the LibQUAL+ survey?

The LibQUAL+ survey was developed initially by ARL (Association of Research Libraries) and is being used by ARL and CARL (Canadian Association of Research Libraries).

McGill has participated in this project 5 times since 2001 and takes the responses seriously. We have analayzed the results and implemented changes in response to the concerns identified. The changes include improvements to the physical facilities, upgrades to the website to enhance its usability, greater access to e-journals and e-books and further purchases of textbooks, longer opening hours of branch libraries and enhanced client-focused service delivery.
