Professor Bank is the Faculty Director of the UCLA School of Law's Program in Business Law & Policy. His research generally explores the taxation of business entities through the lens of legal and business history. He has published numerous articles and chapters in the fields of business taxation, tax policy, and tax history and is the co-author or editor of two forthcoming books on the taxation of business enterprises.
