A panel discussion with Garrett Tomlinson and Cynthia Tomlinson of the Lubicon Cree, Michel Thusky the Algonquins of Barriere Lake, along with Aboriginal law practitioner Me Caroline Briand (Cain Lamarre Casgrain Wells), on the impacts of the recent SCC decision declaring Aboriginal title for the Tsilhqot'in Nation (Tsilhqot’in Nation v. British Columbia, 2014 SCC 44).
