McGill Symposium on International Arbitration: Charles Jarrosson
The McGill Arbitration Society, the Private Justice and the Rule of Law Research Team, the L. Yves Fortier Chair in International Arbitration and International Commercial Law at McGill University, and the Institute for Transnational Arbitration are pleased to welcome Charles Jarrosson (Université Paris II), who will give a talk as part of the “The McGill Symposium on International Arbitration.”
About the speaker
(in French only) Charles Jarrosson est agrégé de droit privé depuis 1986, Professeur à l’Université de Paris II (Panthéon-Assas), Directeur du Master 2 Contentieux, arbitrage et modes alternatifs de règlement des conflits et Rédacteur en chef de la Revue de l’arbitrage depuis 2000. Il enseigne le droit interne et international de l’arbitrage et les modes alternatifs de règlement des conflits et intervient en tant qu’arbitre et consultant dans des arbitrages internes ou internationaux. Il est l’auteur de nombreuses publications, une quarantaine d’articles et une soixantaine de notes de jurisprudence principalement sur le règlement des litiges au sens large.
