A Matinée Constitutionnelle, organized by the Regroupement Droit, changements et gouvernance, McGill's Faculty of Law, and the Université de Montréal's Centre de recherche en droit public.

Mr. Mustapha Ben Jaâfar, president of Tunisia's National Constituent Assembly, will speak about Tunisia's new constitution: "Nouvelle constitution tunisienne: Rempart de libertés et Modèle de consensus." We will also have the honour to host Mr. Sébastien Beaulieu, Canada's ambassador to Tunisia, and Mr. Riadh Essid, Tunisia's ambassador to Canada for this event.
