Dance performance: 'A different code' & 'Ils m'ont dit'

Join the CHRLP in celebrating International Day of Persons with Disabilities through a dance performance and discussion. Part of the 2016 – 2017 Disability and Human Rights Initiative, this event will feature performances by Jane Mappin and Daniel Firth of Jane Mappin Danse.

Schedule

12:00pm - Introduction

12:10pm - First dance: "A different code" (20 min)

12:30pm - Short presentation on the importance of mental health at the Faculty and on what the LSA and university more broadly are doing to promote mental health 

- Presenters include someone from the LSA (to be confirmed Friday) and someone from university student services 

12:40 pm - Second dance: "Ils m'ont dit"

1:00 pm - Conclusion and invitation to stay to speak with the dancers over light refreshments
