About the speaker

Olivier P. André is Special Counsel and Director of Dispute Resolution Services at the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR). CPR is the only non-profit membership organization whose mission is to help global business and their lawyers resolve complex commercial disputes more cost effectively and efficiently. In addition to CPR’s dispute resolution services, Olivier’s responsibilities include YADR (Young Attorneys in Alternative Dispute Resolution), CPR’s European activities, and the Banking & Financial Services Committee. He is a member of CPR’s Arbitration Committee and the Arbitration Committee of the New York City Bar Association. He gained experience in international arbitration at Shearman & Sterling LLP and at the ICC Court of International Arbitration in Paris. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Massachusetts. Olivier is fluent in English and French, and has a good knowledge of German.
