Undergraduate Tuition and Student Fees

Tuition fees at the undergraduate level are based on the number of credits taken. The following information reflects a normal course load of 30 credits per year. First-year students may opt to take only 29 credits, in which case the tuition fees would be slightly less. Costs set out below are on an annual basis. Note that the 300$ deposit goes towards first year tuition.

Part-time students will be charged tuition fees at the per credit rate and will be subject to student society fees, student services fees, registration and transcripts charges, and information technology charges.

The information on this page is for references purposes only. Complete and up-to-date information regarding fees and registration can be obtained at the Student Accounts Office, James Administration Building, (514) 398-3900. Further information regarding fees can also be found on McGill's Student Accounts: Schedule of fees. The Prospective Students Viewbook also has a Money Matters page.
