Undergraduate Awards and Prizes

Louis and Bessie Batist Prize
To be awarded to an undergraduate student showing excellence in the area of Jewish Studies. The amount of this prize will be equal to the yearly income produced by the perpetuating fund established by the Batist family. Awarded on recommendation of the Chair of the Department of Jewish Studies.

Norman Berman Memorial Prize
Value: $1,000 each
