myMcGill portal: New and improved functionality

As part of scheduled maintenance that occurred on Sunday, enhancements have been made to the myMcGill portal.

• Student Courses portlet: Once a course is available on myCourses, the course name becomes a clickable link in the portlet, so you can go directly to the selected course’s home page in myCourses.
• Student Society portlet: Now provides links to all Society websites. You can customize the portlet to show only the links you want by clicking the Show/Hide button.
• Library portlet: Now lets you search the McGill WorldCat Catalogue, offers an Advanced search option, and takes up less room.
• Logging out from myMcGill is now faster.
