Update: Email issues resolved, messages still pending

There was a problem with delivery of some messages to McGill email accounts. The technical issue causing the problem has now been resolved. Some messages sent prior to 1:00 p.m. today have been delayed or were received in the Sync Issues > Server Failure folder. If you think you may have missed some emails, you should check this folder. To do so: 

    1. Locate the Sync Issues folder in your Folder List. If it does not appear, click on Folder List in the Outlook Navigation Pane. If the full Navigation Pane does not show up, Folder List will appear as a small folder icon at the bottom of the pane.
    2. Navigate to Sync Issues > Server Failure, if you have any messages in the folder, move them to your inbox.

Should you have sent any important emails before 1pm, we recommend you either confirm they were received or resend them.

Technical staff continue to work on the issue to recover unreceived messages.
