Ongoing IT server problems affecting staff and students

Ongoing problems with some servers are slowing down access to several  applications and services, including the following. We are currently investigating and working to find a solution. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • myCourses (WebCT)
  • Staff file servers
  • Staff and student Exchange email servers
  • Departmental databases
  • DARS database services
  • InfoEd
  • Banner Training database

Users of Virtual Server applications, such as SQL 2005, are also affected. For updated status reports, please phone the NCS status line at 514-398-8255.
