The cause of the failure of WebCT Vista at approximately 4:30 pm, April 12, has been identified and corrected. Services were restored by 10:50 pm. We do not anticipate that the problem will recur. If it does it can be corrected quickly. The WebCT Vista support team will be monitoring the performance of the system to ensure consistent and reliable service during the exam period. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
