Update: New McGill wireless network

Note that due to technical difficulties, the previously announced mandatory upgrade to the new NetConnect dialer (on September 28, 2006) has been postponed to October 12. The old NetConnect dialer will continue to be supported in the meantime.

The new NetConnect dialer is still required for accessing the new wireless network coverage areas.
