Time change on Sunday Nov. 2 - Impact on myCourses

Students and instructors, please note that timed components (quizzes, assignments, selective releases) scheduled for Nov. 2, 2008 will be released and closed 1 hour later than originally specified, due to the change to Dayslight Saving Time. Components scheduled for any time before of after Nov. 2 are not affected.

Students:  Instructors have been notified about this issue and may have adjusted release times.

Instructors:
Note that each time you update any information for these components, the release time will be offset by another hour, which will not be apparent to you in the Instructor View.

We strongly suggest that you avoid scheduling timed components for Sunday Nov. 2, but if you must, please call ICS Service Desk (514-398-3398) by 4:30 pm Firday, Oct. 31 for further clarification.
