Maintenance downtime for critical IT systems tomorrow morning, April 8, 5:00 am to 5:30 am

Due to network issues, there will be a restart of several major systems tomorrow morning, April 8, beginning at 5:00 am.  The following IT services will be unavailable for approximately half an hour, from 5:00 am to 5:30 am:

• Banner administrative system (and all development instances)
• Minerva
• myCourses
• myMcGill portal
• McGill VPN
• Reggie (DAS & lab charges)
• Web publishing system (website editors & managers)
• Lecture recording
• Mediasite streaming
• myFuture
• Heat
• CMS (Webtop and e-Calendar)
