ICS Service Desk closed for the holidays

The ICS Service Desk will be closed for the holidays between:
5:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 24, 2008 and 8:00 a.m. Monday, January 5, 2009
(Redpath Library walk-in support will close at 12:00 pm on Dec. 24)

Note that you may still call 514-398-3398 to check if IT systems are functioning normally.
