Project Management Office (PMO) provides the framework for the execution of major IT projects at McGill University. Project management goals include ensuring:
- Tracking goals and interim deliverables
- Engaging sponsors at key points in the project execution, and
- Communicating outcomes to stakeholders
The PMO provides tools and resources to project managers in the form of checklists, templates, guidelines, and best practices.
