Request for Guest Wireless Access

Use this form to request the creation of Guest accounts for groups of more than 5 who will be attending McGill-sponsored events and are not users of eduroam. These accounts provide temporary wireless internet access for 1 or more days. They are not intended to provide access to VPN or to McGill restricted sites. You can request these Guest accounts up to 4 months in advance. Once created, they will expire if they are unused within 4 months.

Notes:

• For events having 5 or fewer participants, McGill staff members can create Guest accounts themselves using the Guest Network Account Creation form.
• Use of Guest accounts is governed by McGill University’s Policy on the Responsible User of McGill IT Resources.
