Phishing scam with multiple subjects: "Important E-Mail Notification" & "Help Desk"
There are multiple phishing emails circulating from the same sender, with content relating to McGill account access. The email subjects are "Important E-Mail Notification" and "Help Desk". The messages in both instances request that the recipient click on a link to renew their account.

Apple has released a software update (iOS 9.3.5) which addresses several critical security vulnerabilities in iOS (iPhones, iPads, etc.). These vulnerabilities have been actively exploited allowing for remote installation of malware.
IT Services strongly recommends the installation of the latest patches to prevent a potential compromise.
