Minerva, Banner and the Graduate Admissions System will be unavailable from Saturday, August 10 at 10 pm to Sunday, August 11 at 12 pm, during scheduled monthly maintenance.

Minerva, Banner and the Graduate Admissions System will be unavailable from Saturday, July 13 at 10 pm to Sunday, July 14 at 12 pm, during scheduled monthly maintenance.

Minerva, Banner and the Graduate Admissions System will be unavailable from Saturday, June 15 at 10 pm to Sunday, June 16 at 12 pm, during scheduled monthly maintenance.

Minerva, Banner and the Graduate Admissions System will be unavailable from Saturday, May 11 at 10 pm to Sunday, May 12 at 2 am, during scheduled monthly maintenance.

Maintenance will be performed on the Enterprise Storage Area Network (SAN) on Monday, November 26 between 6 pm and 11:59 pm. We do not anticipate any impact on McGill applications or IT services, however, with any such maintenance, problems may be incurred. We apologize in advance for any service interruptions.

On November 23-26, 2012, IT Services will be upgrading the servers and software underlying Banner. There will be a scheduled downtime period from 5:00 pm Friday, November 23 to 9:00 am Monday, November 26, during which there will be no access to Banner, Minerva or the Graduate Admissions system.

Thursday, October 4, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am applicants to McGill will be unable to upload admissions documents in Minerva, due to maintenance.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
