Internet and telephone service has been restored to Macdonald campus. Hydro-Québec and Bell Canada created a temporary bypass route. A transfer back to the original route to restore full service will be done tomorrow morning. As a result there might be a short downtime to telephone and Internet service at Macdonald campus tomorrow morning between 08h00 and 08h30 for around 10 minutes.
The myMcGill web portal has been disabled due to technical issues. Technical staff are in the process of researching the problems. An announcement will be posted here once the issues are resolved and service returns. In the meantime, click "More information" for direct links to IT services. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Both INB and Minerva interfaces to Banner are once more available.

We are currently experiencing problems accessing network drives. This problem may cause your Windows machine to freeze intermittently and access to your network drives may be disabled until the problem is fixed. We will update you when we have more information.
