CANCELLED: Content Management System (CMS) maintenance July 18 at 9 pm to July 19 at 6 am

Malware may knock you off the Internet on Monday
You may lose your Internet service Monday unless you do a quick check of your computer for a DNS Changer malware that could have infected your machine more than a year ago. You may not even know that your computer has been infected, although you may be experiencing slower Web surfing and your antivirus software may be disabled.
IMPORTANT: Electrical maintenance shutdown affecting Burnside and McGill Datacentres on July 18, 5 to 6 am
On Wednesday July 18 between 5 am and 6 am, there will be a shutdown of electrical power to numerous locations on campus, including Burnside and Ferrier Datacentres. During this time, both Datacentres will be on emergency power. See full announcement for additional details.
Departmental storage maintenance - Fri. July 12 from 9 to 11pm
On Friday, July 12 between 9 and 11 pm, there will be scheduled maintenance on specific servers that house McGill network drives. The following Departmental shares (\\CAMPUS\DEPTSHARE\) will be unavailable during this maintenance:
CANCELLED: Minerva monthly downtime - July 14 at 10 pm to July 15 at 12 pm
MAINTENANCE DOWNTIME CANCELLED: Banner/Minerva and the myMcGill portal will be unavailable from July 14 at 10 pm to July 15 at 12 pm, for regular monthly maintenance.
New WiFi access to McGill network from MUHC
As of March 1, 2012, McGill students, faculty and staff working at the MUHC will be able to access McGill's network via wireless connectivity. See the full announcement for details.
myCourses (new system) 1-hour downtime Saturday, July 7
The new myCourses system will be unavailable for a 1-hour maintenance period on Saturday, July 7, from 7:30 to 8:30 am.
