McGill's administrative systems, including Minerva, are undergoing an important upgrade. From Friday, November 10, at 5 pm to Monday, November 13, at 9 am, all Banner systems at McGill will be down. This affects all students, applicants and employees who try to access Minerva, including the online application form, as well as administrators trying to access INB (Internet Native Banner).
The University portal, myMcGill, is experiencing many failed logins. As a result, the system will be down for maintenance from 16:30 to 17:00. You may experience a disruption of service during this period.
Further to our previous announcement, 90% of telephone service has been restored to all McGill buildings in the affected area surrounded by des Pins Ave. W., McTavish St., Docteur-Penfield Ave. and de la Montagne St. NCS is working to have full normal service restored by 17h00 today — or 09h00 tomorrow morning (July 7, 2005) at the very latest. McGill NCS apologizes for the inconvenience and appreciates your patience and understanding.
The EVault central email storage service will be upgraded and will be unavailable on Thursday, Oct. 11, between 6:00 am and 8:00 am. Exchange (email) may also experience short interruptions during this period.
Please note that during an effort to improve our anti-spam services, some users may have seen an increase in spam email in their inboxes from yesterday, January 23, at 11h00 to this morning, January 24, at 10h00. The source of the problem has been identified and resolved, and anti-spam services have since been functioning normally. McGill NCS apologizes for the inconvenience caused.

As of Monday, June 14, the Faculty of Management will partner its information technology (IT) services with Information Systems and Technology Customer Services (ICS). We expect that through this joint effort the Faculty will receive a more effective and cost-efficient level of IT service.
