As of Feb. 20, 2008, most McGill staff email addresses ending in @mcgill.ca have been automatically opted into the McGill Anti-Spam Quarantine system, and users have been subscribed to receive the daily quarantine digest. Note that if you previously opted out of the Quarantine system, you were NOT affected by this change. See "Details" for more information.
Both INB and Minerva interfaces to Banner are once more available.
Please note that the My CallPilot unified messaging service (http://mycallpilot.mcgill.ca) will be unavailable on Friday, May 19, from 8:00 am to 9:30 am, due to an upgrade. The CallPilot voice messaging system is not affected and will continue to function.
Minerva and all related Banner administrative systems, including the Banner data warehouse, will be unavailable from 6:45 am to 1 pm on Friday, March 25.
McGill no longer has its own news server. We are now using a third party news service called NewsHosting through Bell.
A short maintenance period is needed for the Internet link with RISQ on Monday morning at 08:00, July 24.
Please note that due to maintenance on Call Pilot, voicemail will be unavailable from 18h00 to 20h00 on Monday, June 20, 2005. During this period you will be unable to access your voice mailbox or leave messages. Any pre-existing messages will remain in your voice mailbox.
There is currently a problem with access to Exchange via Outlook Web Access (OWA) or as an IMAP client.
Minerva login problems that were experienced earlier this afternoon were resolved today at about 16:15.
Technicians are investigating the problem and will reopen the database as soon as possible.
