The Exchange server, which was unavailable for approximately 15 minutes this morning, has now been restored.
VPN connectivity may be interrupted due to maintenance scheduled for Wednesday, March 12, and Friday, March 14, between 6:00 am and 6:10 am. If your VPN connection is dropped simply reconnect.
Outlook users who are not connected to McGill's network may be experiencing problems with Exchange.

Many users are receiving a notice from Symantec about a C:\WINDOWS\CMDOW.EXE as HackTool.HideWindow threat. This non-threat is being quarantined by Symantec and there is no further action for you to take.

On Saturday, February 10, Minerva and Internet Native Banner (INB) could require more time than usual to perform some tasks. For instance, queries you submit could take longer to return data. McGill administrative systems expect to face slower response times between 9 am and 9 pm due to scheduled maintenance procedures.
Please note that telephone service and/or network connectivity will be unavailable in several buildings from Wednesday, June 14, at 17h00 to Thursday, June 15, at 05h00, and from Thursday, June 15, at 17h00 to Friday, June 16, at 05h00, due to construction in the McIntyre Garage.
There will be two five-minute interruptions to the LISTSERV service on Thursday, October 27, between 8:00 am and 8:30 am while an upgrade is being done. All submissions to LISTSERV will be queued and processed upon completion of the upgrade.
