An upgrade to the anti-virus application known as Scanmail for Exchange will be done Sunday, February 19, between 12h00 and 13h00.
The File and Printer server in the Faculty of Management is currently down. Users cannot access their files on the I: drive and cannot print. We will update you as more information becomes available.
The "Faculty Courses" portlet on myMcGill is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance.
Imaging applications will be unavailable this Friday, June 8, from 7:30 am to 9 am approximately, due to system maintenance. This affects those using AX applications directly or through Banner. Users should close all AX applications at end of day Thursday, June 7, and not log onto any AX application (Document Manager, Index Capture, Web Access) during the maintenance period on Friday.
Please note that the MyCallPilot unified messaging service (http://mycallpilot.mcgill.ca) will be unavailable on Tuesday, September 26, from 20h00 to 22h00, due to maintenance. The CallPilot voice messaging system is not affected and will continue to function. McGill NCS apologizes for the inconvenience caused.

Please note that E-mail For Life (ELF) will be unavailable on Thursday, June 2, 2005 from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm, due to a maintenance procedure. Incoming mail for ELF users will be queued and delivered when service is restored.
Please be advised that on Saturday, February 23, 2008, NCS will be performing some maintenance on the telephone system affecting all campus. The maintenance will occur between Saturday, February 23, 8:00 am, and Sunday, February 24, 12:00 am. During this period only the phones connected to the emergency telephone system and those from the MNI/MNH will be fully operational.
LISTSERV availability will be intermittent on Saturday, September 1, 2007, between 11h00 and 14h00, due to an upgrade. During this period, email posted to lists will be temporarily held and distributed upon the completion of the upgrade. NCS apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
